Job description, responsibilities and duties

The QC Coordinator is the deputy of the QFS manager and is the plant Quality Incident Coordinator.
The main areas of responsibility are:
• ensuring that raw and pack materials and the products manufactured within the site are safe and conforming to the relevant specifications;
• ensuring that related non-conformities and incidents are timely managed;
• using MPR system to record and monitor suppliers non-conformities & complaints;
• responsible for approving new or changed raw & pack materials from a Quality& FS perspective;
• contact person for product-related issues for QE commerce, Sales, other Cloetta plants;
• build the annual budget and OP for the own area of responsibility;
• responsible to ensure Good Laboratory practices are in place;
• support the central FS team as required;
• lead the QC team ensuring the development of their competence and skills.
