Job description, responsibilities and duties
QI Teamleader is responsible for:
• supporting the plant in the implementation of BRC/IFS/FDA, GMP and HACCP, surveil they are effectively in place and sustained by means of audits and inspections;
• ensure that the QFS instructions/procedures are available to users at the shopfloor in the updated version and that older versions are properly archived;
• regular hygiene inspection GMP, internal auditor of BRC, IFS, Sensory team member;
• leading (or being a member of) the plant ‘Get to zero’ on critical complaints projects as per OP, proactively identifying and proposing new improvement initiatives;
• being a key member of the Q Incidents and Complaints Root Cause analysis and investigations;
• identifying areas for improvement;
• represents QFS in Capex projects, ensure the relevant Q&FS requirements are considered and that changes to equipment, processes and materials and way of working are change controlled from a QFS perspective;
• validates CCPs/allergens/claims at the lines;
• being the ambassador and trainer at shopfloor on the Cloetta Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and COS-Q standards.
