Digital Buildings Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will work closely with our clients, partners, and internal operations team to onboard new accounts into the Clockworks fault detection and diagnostics platform. Successful PM candidates will have great communications skills and be highly organized. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for creation and management of the onboarding schedule and will communicate with customers to gather data and provide schedule updates. You will work closely with Clockwork’s Engineering Managers and Digital Building Engineers (DBEs) to ensure onboarding is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will work with international customers and team members.

Core Responsibilities

• Track the project milestones and maintain the project schedule. Escalate any technical questions to DBE and Engineering manager as needed
• Organizing, scheduling, and facilitating project calls including onboarding kickoff, weekly/bi-weekly check-ins, and any supplemental calls
• Be the primary point of contact with the customer and regularly follow up with the customer on open items
• Audit information provided by the customer to ensure it satisfies the request
• Coordinate actions performed by the Integration Operations team
• Maintain CRM and project management tools with up-to-date information
• Communicate blockers, schedule updates, etc. to the customer
• Coordinate with Customer Success at the completion of the project to schedule training and turnover to Customer
