Accountant Banking

Your Role:

From transactions to financial insight in a modern GBS environment. At Clarios GBS Slovakia, we are reshaping how Record-to-Report works. From traditional accounting execution to end-to-end ownership, smarter processes and AI-supported finance. We are looking for an Accountant who enjoys working with banking data, understands the importance of financial accuracy – and is curious about how finance roles are evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the RTR team, where ownership and collaboration matter more than hierarchy.

• Own daily bank statement booking and reconciliation across multiple regions

• Actively resolve open and unreconciled items – not just close them, but understand why they occur

• Cooperate with various internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and propose solutions

• Support month-end close activities with a strong focus on quality and deadlines

• Oversee banking processes across regions and ensure consistency and control

• Be a key contact for internal and external audits in the banking area

• Participate in process improvements, automation and standardization initiatives
