IT Senior Analyst
As an IT Senior Analyst you will serve as a technical point of contact and IT Build resource for maintaining and enhancing continuous improvement for our Human Resources (HR), Health & Safety, and Facilities systems. Will be responsible for optimizing the performance of all HR systems, gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design, development, testing and implementation of IT applications in the areas of HR, Health & Safety, and Facilities
Provide reliable 24x7x365 application support services. You will be accountable to manage external vendor solution delivery, and hold them accountable to SLAs and contract, including leading root cause analysis of failures and ensure implementation of permanent corrective actions
Partners with the Human Resources and Technology teams to continuously look for process improvements in HR tools and processes to effectively support business operations and end-user needs. Partner with HR and payroll in workforce management strategies (time and attendance, KPIs, dashboards)
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Ensure team and system compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and other control narratives and matrices
Identify and recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation
What kind of energy we are looking for?
6 years of experience in a fast-paced, HRIS / IT operations environment.
Experience in Project Management desirable
Experience in Change Management desirable
English (Business fluent)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in administrative area, computer sciences, related field or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of application data structure concepts
Knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to Human Resources (GDPR, SOC1, SOC2, SOX)
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems/applications (Workday, Success Factors, People Soft, Kronos…)
Advanced proficiency in database management and security
Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIT processes.
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
Ability to communicate effectively with the management team, and at all levels of the organization
The starting salary is at min 2 000 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
