Your contribution
Supporting business transformation, Clarios is seeking to provide an enhanced customer experience, promote customer loyalty and growth, and unlock new service-based businesses from traditional OE and Aftermarket to the consumer. As a part of this key initiative, Clarios is seeking a Global Knowledge Base Analyst. This person is responsible for supporting the development a global common knowledge base, standardizing / aligning to available global data sets, coordinating with different regions to identifying where regional data sources are required and translating into a single global catalog which supports business tools. This role will provide input into the definition and implementation of data governance strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete and reliable. The role is accountable for providing data analytical capabilities and aligning data into a global database. The role will work in collaboration with regional data owners to identify and provide assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

Interested in what will be your tasks?
Works collaboratively with regional marketing and IT teams aligning organization to a standardized structure for global knowledge base catalog which includes product detail, product performance, installation, video, vehicle, industry, FAQ and related data sets.
Consolidate, maintain and expand global knowledge base data
Determine and implement global knowledge base sources and standards
Works hands on with regional teams on execution, identifies resource gaps and recommends solutions to ensure programs deliver on schedule.
Coordinates extensively with regional data owners and data quality leads to ensure data integrity is aligned to global data standards
Development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet business requirements while adhering to global data standards
Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of data requirements with product data owners to ensure functional global data is consistent and meets business objectives and requirements
Work closely with the products/commercial businesses/IT to ensure alignment of data rules to ensure the application meet all requirements
Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data structures, to ensure access to and integrity of data sets
What kind of energy we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing, operational, finance, product and marketing or data management functional area is required
Two or more years of experience in data analysis or computer programming
Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems
Experience in master data management, and knowledge of the key concepts of master data management, data governance, data standards and data management organizations
Experience working within an international organization, including multi-country or global implementation experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication (verbal & written) skills
Preferred
Experience in the Automotive or Consumer Durable goods market.
Project / Program management skills
Experience with SQL server, SAP, BI, SalesForce.com software
Experience with UX design
Experience working with relational databases and structured query concepts to utilize technology tools to query and analyze data
The starting salary is at min 2400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
After 6 months being with the company, you are entitled to a monthly bonus.
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
