IT Business Relationship Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do

As an IT Business Relationship Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for assembling, analyzing, and representing business requirements for CLARIOS. You will focus on our Plan to Deliver (PTD) processes including all process work streams (Plan to Deliver, Order to cash, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance) and its integration with ERP systems and the supporting systems like common MES systems and plant maintenance system (e.g. PRISMA).

As an IT Business Relationship Specialist (m/f/d) you will work closely with the business community to understand current processes, develop innovative solutions, prioritize activities and troubleshoots functionality. Furthermore, you will be responsible to support existing applications and train end-users on new functionality.

This role is primarily intended to be based in our Clarios EMEA HQ Hannover (Germany), as a second option could be the Bratislava Business Center (Slovakia) or the office in Česká Lípa battery plant (Czech Republic). The succesful candidate can be offered to relocate to Germany, with a full relocation support.

Main Responsibilities

As an IT Business Relationship Specialist (m/f/d)

  • You will review user business requirements, identify gaps in all process work streams and work with technical team to deliver automated process solutions that match the business requirements.

  • You support the governance model for enhancements to the various platforms supporting the customer, with a focused approach whilst ensuring compliance to the business goals and objectives.

  • You will support in review and prioritizing ITSM tickets (user trouble tickets) that are assigned to the support team.

  • You will review testing scripts to ensure accuracy of integration and regression testing efforts.

  • You document existing business processes in order to define current business activities and aid the development of new business procedures and software solutions.

  • You research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and provide input for the development of strategies.

  • You support in the documentation of the business cases and functional requirements for new systems and procedures with the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.

  • You help to develop, standardize, and maintain new or improved processes based on findings and analysis.

  • You create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to systems developers and architects.

  • You will provide subject matter expertise on projects with regards to business processes and along with multiple technologies and functions.

  • You monitor PTD (OPS-Operations) process execution metrics and prioritize improvement initiatives.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related curriculum

  • Work experience in Operations, Sales, Distribution, Finance, Business Analyst or similar field within a production company

  • Proven competency in PTD, basic competencies in at least one of these areas RTR/ OTC and PTP processes and workflows

  • Exceptional proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, SAP and project management tools

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong conceptual thinking and excellent communication, negotiation, persuasive and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate with different business functions within an international matrix organization

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work towards deadlines and shifting priorities

  • Fluency in English is a must, German language skills required

  • Willingness to travel – up to 10%
