Customer Master Data Analyst

We are Clarios Slovakia, and we are looking for a Customer Master Data Analyst to join our EMEA team in OTC department. Do you wonder what OTC does?

Our Order to Cash (OTC) team is responsible for covering all processes related to receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer`s requests for goods or services. The department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfill our customer`s requirements in highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction

Interested what will be your tasks?

• Customer creation & maintenance -ensure customer master data completeness and proper customer’s set up

• Ensure correct functionality of internal Customer Tools - SAP, Master Data Governance etc.

• Daily reporting and resolution of stuck orders

• Audit and clean master data to ensure system accuracy and eliminate inconsistencies

• Ensuring properly and timely completion of requests from stakeholders

• Eliminate duplicated and dummy customers in the system

• Failed I Docs analysis and cooperation with IT department

• Cross-departmental cooperation related to new customer(MCN)system set-up

• Preparation of regular monthly and ad hoc reports

• Active leading of process enhancements

• Customer master data related projects participation

• Active communication with internal customers and business units in order to ensure smooth master data process

• Monthly preparation of Sarbanes-Oxley controls (SOX)

• Support auditor’s requests

What kind of energy we are looking for?

• University/College Degree in Business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• English language on a fluent level

• SAP experience is an advantage

• Proactive approaching and independence

• Positive working attitude and High energy

• Team player attitude and Accountability

The starting salary is at min 1 300 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
