The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for delivering end-to-end expert recruitment services (from briefing to negotiating offers) for our businesses across Europe and takes responsibility for all aspects of operational recruiting. You will be the primary contact for all Talent Acquisition-related topics, and the business partner for all hiring managers in our Shared Service Center in Bratislava. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working closely with local HR partners, the business across functions, and the team in the EMEA Headquarters.

• Working closely with key stakeholders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.
• Prioritizing the urgency and importance of your business unit’s requisition load and build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles.
• Developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals.
• Bringing own ideas and continuously improve processes
• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you have a disciplined focus on your customers
• Using insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently add value for the customer
• Delivering results and are fueled by your passion to win, taking personal responsibility to ensure success

What qualifications and experience should an ideal candidate have?
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
• Min. 3+ years or more of progressive experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting, including sourcing and full life cycle, recruiting,
• Experience in stakeholder management in a multicultural environment
• Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of regional recruiting & staffing laws
• Technology aptitude - LinkedIn Recruiter, Profesia and other direct sourcing tools
• Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
• Ideally first experiences in the use of the HR Management System Workday
• Fluent in written and spoken English, strong communication skills

The starting salary is at min 1.725 € / month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
