We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be part of the local Clarios HR team. We are a small, friendly HR team, where we like to support each other, grab lunch or enjoy coffee together on our terrace. Therefore we welcome a person with a positive attitude too :)

We are seeking someone responsible for the whole lifecycle of employees – from onboarding to offboarding, who will participate in people development and wellbeing. This person will be a point of contact for external payroll provider and act as a consultant for employees regarding various HR topics.

What your duties will be?
• Covering all HR-related administrative tasks (preparation of work contracts and amendments)
• Maintaining T&A tool, providing inputs for payroll calculation
• Benefits tracking and ordering meal vouchers/meal allowances
• Organizing mandatory training (HSE) for employees and medical checks
• Tracking training – requirements, participation, and collecting feedbacks
• Responding to complex inquiries from different personnel across Clarios
• Ensuring correctness of employee data in HR systems
• Preparing simple reports and statistics
• Updating HR Forms, Instructions, and Manuals
• Participating in various HR Projects and Continuous Improvement activities.

What skillset and experience are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s Degree or proven track of relevant experience.
• 2-year minimum experience in a similar HR role
• Team player with strong communication with various types of people and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with demonstrated planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and meet changing business needs and priorities
• Knowledge of Labor code and its Practical usage
• A positive and empathetic approach to people
• Initiative and able to solve problems independently
• Able to communicate in English
• Creative and willing to learn

The starting salary is at min 1 400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
