Global Finance SSC Assistant

What you will do
• Responsible for administrative tasks for entire management of SSC
• Provide support to director, managers, their team and departments
• Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Organize internal and external meetings and appointments
• Organize events in cooperation with HR department, support other projects
• Deal with incoming email, post
• Communicate and distribute internal information on behalf of SSC director
• Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, insurances
• In cooperation with other department do quality control of invoices and orders
• Make purchase orders in system SAP / SRM, communicate with suppliers regarding orders and invoices, provide support to other employees when making orders
• Help organize and maintain office common areas
• Order office equipment
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
