OTC Accountant

What you will do
• Daily allocation of incoming payments
• Comparison of payment details with open receivables booked on customer account
• Research, analyze and resolve payment discrepancies
• Processing of manual journal entries according to Cash application policies
• Follow up on the issues related to cash application
• Providing regular support for Team Leader
• Proactive approach in resolution of unapplied cash
• Month End Close activities
• Reconciliation of AR related accounts
• Preparing of ad hoc reports, status updates
• Active communication with internal customers and business units in order to ensure smooth process of cash application

What we are looking for
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
• 2 + years of working experience in Finance/Accounting
• General accounting knowledge / reporting overview
• MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook), ERP experience (e.g. SAP)
• English C1
• Pro-active attitude, willing to develop, to learn
• Communicative, customer and result oriented
• Flexible, Collaborative, team player
• FIA Certificate is advantage

The starting salary is at min 1 300 EUR/month gross.
