Job description, responsibilities and duties

In CIVITTA, we are expanding our Slovak team and are searching for an Innovation Consultant.

You have a chance to join our innovation advisory team and to build an innovation ecosystem through consulting projects locally as well as globally. In this position you will design & run innovation programs and work with various clients such as startups, corporates, research organizations, and government institutions.

What will you do

Overall support of Innovation & Startups advisory team in Slovakia;
Preparation of presentations, materials, posts, newsletters etc.;
Supporting event organisation and planning;
Supporting innovation ecosystem players in analysing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions;
Conducting analytical research for innovation projects;
Participating in building innovation ecosystem through consulting projects locally.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Advanced (C1) or English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

You are a top performing recent graduate or have up to 2 years of working experience;
You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
You have fluent level of Slovak language;
You have developed strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
