Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reception services:
- Communication with clients and other visitors (providing information and help, giving instructions, registration etc.)
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mail/courier mail (registration, collecting, distributing)
- Handling incoming invoices (registration, investigating issues)
- Vendor Management (contracts, reporting)
- Various ad hoc activities including records management /filing, scanning and administrative support
- Preparation of various tables and reports on ad hoc basis
- Conference room management
- Office/Kitchen supplies management

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Double-entry bookkeeping - basic
Typing - basic
Business correspondence - basic
