Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supervising a team of people and manufacturing processes
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and quality
- Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
- Creating product build process and design tooling
- Manage administration of production technical documents
- Responsibility for working instructions
- Provides guidance to team members to accomplish production goals
- Cooperation with other departments such as Metrology, Quality Control and Environment to make a strategy that improves production
- Cooperation in developing projects and documentations (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SCP, MSA)
- Reporting to General Manager of the company
