• Ensure achievement of shift production targets and performance
• Maintain and continually strive to improve the departments Productivity and Efficiency
• Investigate, propose and apply continues process improvements and ideas.
• Supervise and lead the team in order to ensure that the operation is performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Plant- and Quality- Policies and Procedures.
