• Applies all the R&D instructions from the headquarters concerning the improvement of existing products, new products and raw material specifications
• Ensures the proper completion and review of the process books
• Carries out tests following instructions by the central R&D department to solve problems related to the production process and the improvement of the quality of the products produced
