Chipita S.A is seeking to recruit:

Technical Manager
for the new plant/factory in Slovakia

This position reports to Plant Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Ensures the proper maintenance of the mechanical-electrical-electronic production and packaging equipment, the machinery and all other related accessories and sites as well as their uninterrupted and efficient operation
• Develops procedures and policies for maintenance and operation, with a view to cost-optimization
• Responsible for the operation, organization and readiness of the spare parts warehouse and the procurement of materials
• Responsible for the implementation of projects concerned with new works and/or the improvement of existing ones

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering; good experience in Mechanical Engineering) is necessary- Master's Degree will be considered as an asset
• Over 5 years of experience in relative positions, of which at least 3 years significant experience in similar position
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, etc)
• Autocad and SAP knowledge desirable
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Availability for traveling abroad

Basic monthly wage component (gross)
from 2.200 €
By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
