We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant with strong interpersonal skills and with fluent written and spoken English to work on a part time basis out of our Bratislava office.

The role involves supporting the advertising sales team and circulation department in Ireland and at times acting as a support to the Head of Sales for our Slovakian office.

The Role In More Detail:

• Providing an efficient administrative support service for the sales team and circulation manager in Ireland.

• Creating sales Powerpoint presentations

• Creating and sending email sales proposals on behalf of the sales team

• Creating mailchimp marketing campaigns

• Monitoring our interacting with our twitter and Linkedin followers

• Sourcing advertising leads

• List and contact database management and sourcing

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Typing - Advanced
Business correspondence - Expert
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Expert
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Required Skills:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a PA position supporting senior staff

• Min of 60 wpm typing

• Fluent written & spoken English vital

• Excellent Telephone manner

• As incumbent will be involved in high-level client contact and may be exposed to sensitive information, must demonstrate confidentiality, good business judgment and diplomacy.

• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Excel spreadsheets and functions, Word and PowerPoint skills. Proficient in Outlook.

• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrate ability to manage time and multiple commitments

• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills

• Assignments required the use of judgment to develop, modify and adapt procedures in order to most effectively meet demands of given situations.
