Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager

Leasing Management:
Lead the full leasing cycle of logistics parks, including client sourcing, negotiations, proposals, and contract execution.

Broker & Channel Development:
Maintain strong cooperation with international agencies (e.g., CBRE, JLL, Colliers). Organize broker engagement activities to enhance leasing performance.

Market Research:
Monitor CEE logistics market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities. Prepare leasing and market analysis reports to support strategy decisions.

Client Relationship Management:
Expand and manage relationships with key tenants, including 3PLs, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies. Ensure high tenant satisfaction and achievement of leasing targets.

Experience:
3–5 years of leasing experience in logistics/industrial real estate. Existing tenant and broker network preferred. Experience with major international brokerages is a plus.

Skills & Language:
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Fluent English required; Slovak or other CEE languages are advantageous.

Other:
High professionalism and execution capability. Familiar with European/US business culture. Willing to travel within the CEE region.
