Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • You will implement products, processes, and changes based on customer demands.
  • You will lead projects aimed at continuous improvements to increase plant profitability.
  • You will prepare and update production technical documentation, such as Work Instructions and Checklists.
  • You will provide training on new products, processes, and changes.
  • You will check and follow up on processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • You will chair change meetings and prepare reports summarizing the outcomes.
  • You will program new parts and update existing parts using software tools like Alphacam, Elucad, and Tops.
  • You will implement new production ideas focused on eliminating machine breakdowns, increasing efficiency, improving health and safety, optimizing production times (system routings) and enhancing ergonomics.
  • You will optimize the layout of the production area and prepare reports and analyses based on findings.
  • You will participate in proposals for new machines, technologies and investments.
  • You will prepare price calculations and check product prices after they are released to production.
  • You will act as a backup for the Process Manager and Junior Process Engineer when needed.
  • You will report to the Process Manager and undertake other tasks as delegated.
