Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • You support and improve our digital systems like MES/Scada and D365 F&O.
  • You assist end-users in navigating these systems, ensuring they have the help they need.
  • When bigger issues arise, you escalate them and follow up until they're resolved.
  • You suggest improvements and make functional requests to enhance our systems.
  • You play a key role in our continuous improvement cycle, engaging in testing and DevOps activities.
  • You handle IT-related projects and act as a vital connection for the end-users.
  • You maintain and create operational procedures for internal housekeeping, keeping everything organized.
  • You report directly to the IT Manager, keeping communication clear and effective.
  • troubleshoot issues proactively to prevent downtime.

Added value: D365 F&O, Navision
Plus: C#, (Azure) SQL
Passion for optimising processes and working out the new designs.
