Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Support and improve our digital systems (MES/Scada, D365 F&O, ...)
- Support the end-users in using the systems
- Escalate and follow-up bigger issues
- Suggest improvements & make functional requests for them
- Assist in the continuous improvement cycle of our implementations (testing, DevOps, ...)
- Handle IT related projects and be an efficient connection to the end-users
- Maintain & create operational procedures for internal housekeeping
- Directly reporting to IT Manager.
