Warehouse Teamleader

- Maintain warehouse processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and conformance
- Keep updated evidence of incoming goods in internal system
- Have an overview of daily operation (in house supply chain)
- Conduct correct booking, marking, stocking, picking and delivery of raw material to lines and finished products to the customers
- Conduct and follow up correct warehouse processes execution
- Keep up to date and follow up on work instructions for warehouse operation
- Providing internal trainings to warehouse operators and coaching warehouse operators
- Follow up on adherence to established warehouse standards, work discipline, principles of health and safety
- Collaborate in optimizing warehouse processes and finding potential for improvement (facility layouts, warehouse operation and workflow)
- Backup for warehouse operator (inbound / outbound)
- Directly reporting to Logistics Manager.
