Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Account allocation, confirmation of monthly intercompany overview, confirmation of receivable and payables to suppliers for related companies
- Issue outgoing invoices and credit notes, follow up their payment
- Payment realization – Multicash
- Input incoming invoices into ERP system
- Consultation and communication with external accounting office
- Prepare monthly reports
- Update of inventory
- Provide other support and general administration
- Backup for contact with local authorities
- Backup for Office manager and Financial assistant
- Reporting to Office manager.
