Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Complete administration of complaints - collecting relevant documents, updating internal database, analyzing collected data, communication with the supplier and complaint closing.
• Administration of intercompany complaints – administration in internal system Bizzmine, communication with the supplier and complaint closing.
• System administration – creation of items, suppliers, trade agreements, etc.
• Maintaining of order requests.
• New system database administration.
• Supporting the process of new system implementation – collecting data, setting up databases, preparation of required equipment for material management.
• Other necessary administrative tasks and support of department processes.
• Directly reporting to Purchase & Logistic Manager.
