What you’ll be doing:
- Digging into data to find trends and insights that help us make smarter decisions
- Creating clear reports and dashboards to track sales and performance across our network
- Working with loyalty program data to understand customer buying habits
- Analyzing sales data from our stores to spot trends, issues, or new opportunities
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for our Management and Sales teams
- Turning data into practical ideas to boost performance, customer engagement, and revenue
- Teaming up with Sales, Marketing, and Retail to deliver data-driven solutions
- Supporting daily retail and sales operations with regular analysis and insights
- Reviewing store performance and suggesting ways to improve results
- Helping out with special projects when needed

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) or English - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Power Bi - Advanced
Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced

- Fresh graduate in 2025 (or in 2024) with Master’s or Engineer’s degree (Economics, Business, Finance or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Bi, familiarity with other MS Office tools
- Open mind and highly developed communication skills in diverse team
- Willingness to work in a highly agile environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Slovak language – fluent in written and spoken
- English language - fluent in written and spoken
