- Communication in English on daily basis
- Administration activities in card related systems
- Voucher support – opening tickets in system
- User management and ATG handling
- Invoice run support: invoicing 2x month; manual sending of supplier e-invoices by e-mail
- Reporting: creation of simple reports
- Transaction investigation: support online transactions check in FEP portal
- Fleet Online System- supporting of customer portal problems
- Other administrative support based on request

- University student, preferably 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of study
- Willingness to work 20 hours/week also during summer holidays
