HR Generalist/ Office manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are enforcing our company with an additional working place as a Personalist. If you have experience as an HR specialist, coordinator or business partner and you enjoy learning new things, then we are looking exactly for You!

Your main tasks will be:
- perform personnel activities of the employment relationship - creation, change and termination (employment contracts – employment contracts, amendments to employment contracts, agreements, terminations, immediate terminations, etc.);
- to lead a comprehensive personnel agenda of individual employment relationships;
- keep an electronic and physical database of personnel documentation;
- recruiment and selection for vacancies;
- prepare and coordinate an adaptation program for new employees;
- to process comprehensive documents for the settlement of employees' wages according to Slovak and Hungarian legislation - processing of attendance and documents on individual components of remuneration;
- process monthly, quarterly, annual reports and reports of personnel indicators;
- participate in the preparation of the annual staff cost plan, including the training plan;
- implement benefit programs for employees;
- manage internal HR documentation;
- prepare reports and minutes for the company's management
- interpret and translate documents from / into Hungarian internally
- run the company's cash register
- ensure the administrative operation of the company, the so-called Back office
