We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our client operating within the international telecommunications sector.
- As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with spearheading the design, development, and customization of the ServiceNow platform. Leading agile development teams, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and upholding software development best practices. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll innovate solutions to enhance their business processes.
- Your responsibilities will also include maintaining applications, managing integrations, and ensuring the quality and stability of solutions through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
- Additionally, you'll actively engage in coding exercises, peer reviews, and daily stand-up meetings to drive continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Personality requirements and skills
- Ideally 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Extensive proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) and development tools.
- Proficiency in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, AngularJS, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with User Interface Design and User Experience concepts.
- Excellent grasp of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff and business requirements to technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for finding solutions tailored to each situation rather than relying on a single approach.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
