Job description, responsibilities and duties

Seeking an Windows 11 transition engineer to lead workstation upgrades, image deployment, and Office 365 integration.

Main activities:

Assist with transitioning from Windows 10 Opale image to a Hybrid Azure AD joined Windows 11 image
Provide global support to local IT teams for computer re-imaging, resolving application compatibility issues, and managing transition failures
Coordinate activities with Sites, Divisions, and Group IT pole team
Execute routine IT operational duties
Conduct periodic audits of all systems
Document activities in a daily operations journal
