Business Process Analyst - Trainee Program

• Define, analyze and optimize current or new processes to improve performance, maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, maximize profitability or improve customer experience. Assessing different sources of data, processes, measurements, customer needs and requirements, turning that into information, information into insights and insights into innovative solutions or practices.


• Fresh graduate (Industrial, Mechanical engineering or similar) or max. 1 year working experience
• Data analytics, data visualization, process mapping, define product requirements, quantify effort effectiveness, improving performance
• Tableau / Power BI, spreadsheets, presentation software, Jira, Rally,
• Agile methodologies (design thinking), business model canvas, process optimization
• Critical & analytical thinking, customer oriented, great facilitator, effective communication, task oriented
• Willingness to relocate, travel and openness to learning on the job
