What you will be doing?

Identify and globally implement the required change management practices and mechanisms to enable the successful execution of the program, to either:
Build leadership alignment behind every change
Build support with the Management layer of the organization
Design / identify the necessary org. structure and new roles, skills, jobs
Train the internal and external users to build the new skills
Measure the success / extent of the change

What do you need for this position?

Fresh graduate (economic, marketing, communication background) or max. 1 year working experience
Change Management principles, methodologies and tools (including stakeholder analysis, change agent network, case for change and readiness assessments
Identifying and utilizing creative solutions for communication needs
Advanced MS Office, Adobe Suite, SPP
Change management framework, project management, design thinking
Effective communication, active listening, presentation skills, team player, great facilitator
Willingness to relocate, travel and openness to learning on the job
