Marketing Specialist

- Part-time (3 - 6 hours/day)
- Propose and implement marketing activities to support the achievement of the firm's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate, implement and evaluate marketing activities
- Develop marketing strategy
- Monitoring the market and processing information for the firm, monitoring conferences, workshops, practice groups offered
- Coordinate the creation and publication of podcasts
- Collaborate and coordinate activities related to online webinars and future live training.
- Working with individual members of the firm to improve their presentation, associated marketing materials, CVs, online profiles, etc.
- Coordinate the firm's networking (Lex Mundi, World Services Group, others)
- Preparation of the firm's events
- Supporting the firm's participation in marketing events
- Monitoring legal directories and preparing submissions and interviews
- Budgeting and controlling the use of budget funds for marketing purposes
- Responsibility for the preparation of reports on the firm's marketing activities
- Update information about the firm and its members on social media networks and websites.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the firm's corporate identity and other promotional materials for presentation purposes.
