Job description, responsibilities and duties
Junior Recruiter
What you can expect to do:
• Running the all hiring stages including reviewing CVs, phone screenning, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offers,
• Initiating contact with Hiring Managers to establish precise hiring needs and support them in ongoing processes,
• First point of contact for employees on any HR related inquiries,
• Support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Preparing HR documentation including contracts and other employee's related papers,
• Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date,
• Communication effectively both verbally and in written form with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns (via email, phone and other means of communication)
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of HR related positions,
• Perfect knowledge of Czech language,
• Proficient in both written and verbal English (knowledge of other foreign languages welcomed),
• Knowledge of local labor laws,
• Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
• Ability to care about the quality of experience of employees, managers and candidates,
• Ability to work min. 40 hours/week,
• Ability to work in international team comprised of team members in different locations and from different cultures
