Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, you will support the maintenance and accuracy of workplace and occupancy data.
You will work with data updates, ensuring information is correctly entered and aligned with defined standards. Under guidance from senior team members, you will help capture changes, maintain data quality, and support reporting activities.
This is an entry-level position focused on developing data management skills, attention to detail, and understanding workplace systems and processes.

If you enjoy working with data, spotting inconsistencies, improving processes, and knowing that your work underpins how workplaces operate — this role gives you visibility, responsibility, and room to grow.

  • Update workplace platforms based on provided inputs and instructions
  • Support data accuracy checks and correct basic inconsistencies
  • Follow space standards and business rules as defined by the team
  • Assist with preparation of reports and simple data outputs
  • Work with internal teams to collect missing or unclear information
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines
  • Support data validation, audits and clean-up activities
  • Escalate issues or discrepancies to senior team members
  • Maintain basic documentation of updates and processes
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
  • Perform additional administrative or data-related tasks as required

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Skillful
Microsoft Excel - Skillful

• Understanding of space management standards and data governance principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to follow processes and work with structured data
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.)
• English – communicative (B2 level sufficient)
