Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Junior CAD Designer, you will support the creation and maintenance of workplace drawings and spatial data. You will work with existing plans and updates to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with defined standards.
In this role, you will assist in maintaining CAD drawings and space data under guidance from experienced team members. You will collaborate with internal teams to capture updates and apply them correctly in the system.
This is an entry-level position focused on developing technical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of workplace and space management processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Update and modify CAD drawings based on provided inputs and instructions, ensuring all the drawings are accurate and according to standards
  • Assist with maintaining polylines, measurements and space attributes in line with global standards
  • Follow drawing standards (layers, naming conventions, numbering)
  • Perform basic quality checks and corrections
  • Support preparation of documentation and reports
  • Communicate with team members to clarify required updates
  • Work on assigned tasks within agreed timelines
  • Support data validation and system updates
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
  • Perform other administrative or CAD-related tasks as required

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

AutoCAD - Skillful
Microsoft Office - Skillful

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Good communication skills
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• English – communicative (B2 level sufficient)
• Education in architecture or similar field (or ongoing studies)
