Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client has outsourced the execution of the project and maintenance operations in retail sites to CBRE, which is fully accountable for the end-to-end project and maintenance delivery.

Project administration and technical support will be assisting in the tenders - sending invitations to the tender and summarize the results eventually. Sending updates of the tender. Assistance in evaluating the results. Inform about the results.

Communication with involved parties during the works, including communication with a new supplier.

Ensure project and maintenance activities associated with internal (FMP) system and its updates (WO, PR, PO, Equipment, Labor, evidence and capitalizing of assets, preventive maintenance).

Process invoices from business partners - entering to the system (FMP), attachments check, check against the approved price quotation.

Carry out the operations associated with the archiving of the project and maintenance works.

Provide technical support to the team and to the client.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Personality requirements and skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Technical knowledge – electricity, fuel technology, HVAC, civil engineering
- MS Excel

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

High school diploma at least
Bachelor's degree or higher degree welcome
Degree in technical studies welcome
Basic English is a must
