Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Direct management of the project team (project coordinators). Preparation of work for employees, management of their performance and quality. Responsibility for the budget and quality of the work according to the client's requirements.
• Manage all assigned projects from planning till close-out.
• Manage and lead team of project coordinators.
• Manage all field work through Service Providers and/or their sub-contractors
• Closely interface with the Sales teams on project planning and execution and regularly liaise with Procurement, Finance and delivery teams on seamless, on-time, quality and safe delivery of assigned projects.
• Regular travelling across the assigned projects is a mandatory requirement to conduct quality/HSSE audits, review progress and guide/support the Service Provider (and their sub-contractor’s)
• Develop & maintain positive close business relationships with clients and relevant contractors & suppliers. Understand commercial and customer strategies. Able to develop & maintain relationships with FM Operations. Able to explain to the customer what is and what is not in scope. Able to meet deadlines under pressure. Be flexible and work effectively as a mobile worker. Strive to achieve client satisfaction
• Able to manage meetings effectively (how to plan, agenda, participate, manage conflict, handle difficult behaviour, action planning and follow up)
• Prepare and keep up to date Multi-year plan / budgets
• Deliver projects in time and requested quality
• Deliver savings 2% and more of the annual budget
• Bring up improvements’ ideas - for operations and work environment

• Technical qualification (Electrotechnical) with at-least 5 years of experience in planning, directing, monitoring, executing and close-out of engineering projects.
• Knowledge of electromobility and solar field is ab advantage.
• Successful hands-on project management delivery within occupied environments and with accountability for financial performance
• Ability to successfully manage regular complex projects (up to $20m) using best
practice standards and to agreed budgets and schedules.
• Experience with leading a team of direct reports
• High school education, technical study is preferred
• Driving licence B
• English intermediate level B1 or higher
• Project Manangement Skills
• Stress tolerance and working well under pressure.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
