CBRE Workplace centre Bratislava! Team of experts in Space and Occupancy management that provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building. We closely cooperate with Workplace Consultant’s teams in the UK, across Europe and US based on the global occupancy contracts. Our data experts track and analyse space and occupancy data using CAFM/IWMS systems, our CAD experts work with building floorplans applying local as well as global standards. Our space planners and specialists work on planning, forecasting, and designing best solutions for client’s workplace to meet & exceed their expectations.

Put simply: our goal is to help companies improve their operations and reduce costs, through expert facilities management, project management, real estate and energy and sustainability services. Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings.

Hi, what are we trying to achieve:

Our team is looking at timely and accurate maintenance of the space, occupancy and reporting platform. The main service levels are to ensure accuracy and quality of the data stored in the system; the provision of monthly reports which are used to chargeback space occupied by the business.

We are seeking “Data Specialist” who will become part of the account workplace team. Who will be proactive and excited about the opportunity to learn more about space data management, processes, timely and accurate maintenance of the space, occupancy, and reporting platform. Who will work with the international teams, educate them, teach them, and support them with their “on site” data management.

The Data specialist has overall responsibility of data upkeep and ensuring standards and business rules are followed. They will liaise with contacts within the business to capture changes to ensure SLA’s and report delivery deadlines are met. Data specialists seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities that improve efficiency and benefit clients and other team members; keep abreast of technology changes and training requirements related to the role.

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

- High attention to detail
- Strong comprehension of industry standards in space management
- Effective problem solving skills
- Customer service skills and previous demonstrated experience highly desirable
- Experience in successful internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Microsoft Office and O365 knowledge
