Job description, responsibilities and duties

Workplace center Bratislava is department of CBRE. We are a team of experts in Space and Occupancy management. We closely cooperate with Workplace Consultant´s teams in the UK, across Europe and US based on the global occupancy contracts. Our team manages the client`s premises as well as supports them with space planning, architecture and design activities. We help them to oversee their buildings portfolio – CAFM /computer aided facility management/ using IWMS /integrated workplace management software/. Our data experts track and analyze space and occupancy data, our CAD experts work with buildings, maintain floorplans and apply local as well as global standards. Our space planners and specialists work on planning, forecasting, and designing best solutions for client´s workplace to meet & exceed their expectations.

We are looking for a proactive individual excited about the opportunity to learn more about software development and a passion for helping others. This entry-level position offers you the ability to expand your skills and provide visibility to the entire software development lifecycle.

Key accountabilities:

  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders with exceptional communication
  • Respond to enquiries primarily via Intercom and email
  • Troubleshoot complex queries with knowledge of the Host Work Portal and Application (training provided)
  • Creation of system accounts and access management
  • Assist with configuration of the products
  • Maintain policies and procedures to support the day-to-day operations of the Host Support Centre
  • Ability to work on a roster with either early starts or late finishes
  • Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time.
  • Always act legally and within the parameters of accepted business practice. Undertake no course of action that may result in legal action against CBRE or otherwise bring the company into disrepute

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Superior attention to detail and ability to remain task focused
• High level of analytical skill
• Customer service skills and previous demonstrated experience highly desirable
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Experience in successful internal and external stakeholder management
• Microsoft Office and O365 knowledge
• Mobile App related experience advantageous
