Job description, responsibilities and duties
Workplace center Bratislava is department of CBRE. We are a team of experts in Space and Occupancy management. We closely cooperate with Workplace Consultant´s teams in the UK, across Europe and US based on the global occupancy contracts. Our team manages the client`s premises as well as supports them with space planning, architecture and design activities. We help them to oversee their buildings portfolio – CAFM /computer aided facility management/ using IWMS /integrated workplace management software/. Our data experts track and analyze space and occupancy data, our CAD experts work with buildings, maintain floorplans and apply local as well as global standards. Our space planners and specialists work on planning, forecasting and designing best solutions for client´s workplace to meet & exceed their expectations.
Purpose of Workplace Data Analyst:
The Workplace Data Analyst has overall responsibility for how to use client’s data produced to enable decisions to be made that support business outcomes; provide accurate occupancy demand planning; and to support the business processes to ensure requests for change and information flow is efficient.
The Workplace Data Analyst is primarily the focal point for all analytic matters, working closely with the Workplace Occupancy network to maximize the breadth of information produced across space management and space planning to provide insightful information to support decision making
Key Accountabilities:
• Timely and accurate reporting and analysis of client’s wide workplace metrics
• Ensure that approaches to data analytics are statistically valid and are aligned to current state-of-the-art practices
• Develop and drive appropriate Business Intelligence dashboards to meet internal decisions and client’s needs including greater intelligence/benchmark analysis from other CBRE accounts or related businesses
• Interpret statistical data and draw conclusions with supporting rationales
• Conduct analysis of workplace including program improvement recommendations
• Perform root cause analysis of actual numbers and identifies corrective action
• Make recommendations regarding ways to streamline processes and increase efficiencies and effectiveness
• Utilize statistical tools to establish a formal system for planning, completing and reporting
• Drive workplace analytics to identify opportunities for change and innovation
