Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
An important role in the delivery is the Data analyst. The Data analyst has overall responsibility of data upkeep and ensuring standards and business rules are followed. They will liaise with contacts within the business to capture changes to ensure SLA’s and report delivery deadlines are met. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ITA/recharge process in Webcore global ensuring the data quality.

Key Accountabilities:
• Update platform to reflect additions and changes to building layouts and occupancy; ensure accuracy of input by undertaking verification activities with other personnel and clients.
• Ensure space standards and business rules are followed and policed.
• Run analytics and monitor trending, data accuracy and metrics globally and share with sites FM team
• Strong collaboration with FM and cross-functional Global Operations – Properties teams
• Work to meet project commitments related to time constraints on deliverables and quality expectations.
• Seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities that improve efficiency and benefit clients and other team members; keep abreast of technology changes and training requirements related to the role.
• Cooperates with platform users
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong comprehension of industry standards in space management.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
• Previous knowledge of any space management platforms preferred (WebCore,FMS, Seraview etc.)
• Data quality & audit oriented experience
• Advanced skills in Excel is a must, good knowledge of Access is an advantage.
• Strong communication (verbal / written). and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• English language
• Over 1 year of experience with data management and analytics.
