Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Accountabilities:

The role has key performance areas listed below:

1. Performance data handling and analysis in 2 main regions – Europe and UKI (12
Countries in total)
2. Supporting global performance reporting methods and processes in 2 main regions –
Europe and UKI (12 Countries in total)
3. Customer Satisfaction Surveys as a Global project – preparation of data files for all T1
Partners
4. Supporting BI principles by means of advanced analytics by means of interactive
reporting using Tableau (or any other recommended BI tool, DB Space tool, etc)
aiming at savings (time, financial) and data intelligence
5. Quality Control for all countries globally – 36 in total (quality control of Monthly
Governance reviews (36) and Performance Scorecards (36)
6. New team project active participation and coordination, providing education on
reporting, KPIs and all other aspects of Performance Management

Key tasks:

  • Issuing and analyzing transitional Customer Satisfaction Surveys for 3 regions globally
(Europe – 10 countries, UKI – 2 countries – where UK is the largest country in scope,
APAC – 14 countries)
  • Issuing of bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys and data analysis for all T1
Partners (CBRE, ISS, Apleona)
  • Compilation of Quarterly Business Review Customer Satisfaction Surveys and
distribution of reports as a deputy of Global Performance Manager
  • Compilation of Governance, Hot Spot, and Performance reports and their distribution
to 12 countries globally including key area UK
  • Compilation and analysis of Work Order data on periodic basis and as required

  • Creating and supporting FM/Operations teams with business data analytics

  • Calculation of service performance KPI metrics on monthly basis.
  • Evaluation of data in purpose to complete KPI section of Service Performance
Scorecard.
  • Collection and compilation of Building Incident Reports (BIR) data and evaluation,
further approvals collection from Regional Engineering directors globally
  • Run data warehouse reports on periodic and ad-hoc basis through Cognos reporting
  • Training Call Center teams supporting DB account about the work order raising best
practices.
  • Uploading MI data to the data warehouse in order to effectively evaluate monthly
performance.
  • Regular communication with FM/Operations teams, CCC as well as client (DB),
participation in 10 meetings with the Client on monthly basis at minima
  • Participating in continuous improvement of reporting and supporting processes.
  • Relationship management between the Scorecard Team and CBRE accounts with
deployed Performance Management Systems
  • Leading of implementation of new processes within the MI team
  • Working in cooperation with the client’s performance team
  • Consulting - consultancy across all teams of workplace strategy and operations
  • Advanced analytics using work order data focusing on bringing new solutions,
improvements and savings using BI tools available (Tableau, Smartsheet, DB Space
data)
  • Leading of implementation of new processes within the MI team and related teams
  • Working in cooperation with the client’s performance team
  • Consulting - consultancy across all teams of workplace strategy and operations
  • Quality controls and checks (detailed in the section “Key Accountabilities” above)
  • Strong supporting function in projects and advanced analytics globally for both teams
in Slovakia and India
  • Leading team in terms of guidance, education process and training together with
Global Performance Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Essential:
- Fluent English language – written and spoken
- German language – an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of workplace experience
- Experience and fluency in the compilation and
analysis of quantitative and qualitative data sets
- Excel – highly proficient
- PowerPoint – highly proficient
- Tableau/Power BI/Cognos - proficient
- Excellent communication and presentation skills:
written and verbal
- Proven time management and organizational skills,
ability to work independently
- Representative behavior and willingness to
participate in various projects aiming at
building company culture, representing R.I.S.E.

- Strong client success orientation and proactive
approach
- Experience of working in an environment where
delivering outcomes within tight
timescales is a pre-requisite
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong willingness to learn new tools, participate in
automation and continuous improvement

Desirable:
- Experience in FM business
- Experience and access to DB Space tool
- MS Visio
- Smartsheet or any other tool to improve
collaboration, communication, etc.
- Experience with separate roles supporting the same
customer, e.g. Helpdesk - Space Planning - Finance
