The offered salary for this position starts from € 950 gross. This salary is the minimum possible offer and may be higher depending on the scope and seniority of employee requirements.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Listening to customers, managing any requests or issues with genuine interest
• Delivering a great customer experience, make sure you deliver consistently great service
• Welcoming of visitors, management of visitor’s access cards, badges, registration and orientation support
• Ordering of catering and conference rooms preparation upon request
• Checking of meeting room on a daily basis, take away of used flip chart papers, cleaning up of white boards, assuring all equipment is on place, furniture set up, presentations and meeting materials preparation
• Post handling on bi-weekly basis, work with franking machine, delivery of company post to the Post office in Aupark
• Ordering of couriers (DHL)
• Once per week takeover of post from Racianska premises (usually Thursdays)
• Employees access cards administration, administration of chips for parking
• Incoming mail distribution and registration, outcoming mail preparation
• Communication with maintenance services, ticket registration
• Creation of Purchase orders in FMP (PO revision, closing and receiving)
• Handling of requests from clients’ employees in FMP, arranging service delivery and closing of maintenance issues for both locations Digital park and Racianska
• Various support as requested by HR, Facility or Team assistants (interviews, employee training – invitations, meeting rooms booking, materials preparations)
• Office supplies distribution, ordering and keeping track of amounts for both locations
• Internal employee information TV channels administration – information collection and selection, graphic processing, direct publication
• Pro active aproach, promply solving of problems, issues caused
• Update of clients’ internal web page regarding meetings held on site
• Update of clients’distribution list in cooperation with local HR
• Update of information provided in Reception Hand Book
• Keep your line manager (Facility manager) up to date with any problems and follow up where necessary
• Direct reporting to line manager (Facility manager) in cases of sick leave, vacation, time reporting etc.
