Job description, responsibilities and duties
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, business planning and management reporting (audit firm background is an asset)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Local Accounting Standards is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially MS Excel applications)
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and flexible working hours
• Fluency in both written and verbal English
• Hands on involvement in financial closing and delivery of reports with insightful analysis
• Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable to take initiative, result orientated and self-motivated
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent team player for building cooperation with other departments

• Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing accounts payable checks semi-weekly.
• Input credit and debits to the accounting system in support of the payables work.
• Develop and maintain reports and files on the Accounts Payable processing.
• Input general ledger entries for account changes.
• Develop and maintain reports and files on asset and liability account balances.
• Ensure accurate balancing from a corporate perspective
• Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system.
• Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
