As Senior Scrum Master you will provide day-to-day support in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems. You will:
- Coordinate with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
- Identify, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from included project members.
- Coordinate relevant individuals to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
- Answers project related questions; provide guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.
