Cat Digital is expanding its operations and opening a new branch in Slovakia. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team to help us establish and grow our presence, organization, culture, which will drive our digital product development efforts. What will you do?  
As a Front Office & Administrative Support you will represent the company as the first point of contact for administrative support for managers, guests, visitors, whether internal or external. You will be also responsible for variety of administrative, coordination, communication tasks, like:

  • Managing Travel and Expenses, Itineraries, Travel schedules, plans, calendars.
  • Coordinating, Communicating and Scheduling meetings and managing shared calendars.
  • Supporting overseas managers in USA and EU.
  • Administering the front office, meeting rooms and support office events.
  • Managing and supporting office and facilities entrance, reception, secure exit, recording of the access cards for employees and visitors
  • Handling registration, providing guidance, information to the visitors of the company.
  • Supporting leaders and teams to ensure efficiency of day-to-day operations.
  • Supporting employees by responding to their requests and guiding them through the process.
  • Supporting Office Management related duties, like preparedness, cleanliness, conditions of the meeting rooms, kitchens, common space, replenishment of supplies.
  • Supporting with Refreshment, Coffee, Food, Water supplies.
  • Quality control of cleaning services performed by the cleaning service.
  • Daily check of the working areas and security of the building.

  • English Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • IT Literacy: MS Office365 skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills: Understanding and practicing effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of tactful and respectful communication behaviors.
  • Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Reliability: Understanding and practicing accuracy and reliability, ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision on time in the best quality.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Experience with effective handling of parallel work and duties; ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent objectives, or activities, effective prioritization and time allocation.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility: Practicing positive attitude and natural relationship building approach and techniques; ability and talent to establish and maintain good working relationships with leadership, peers, employees, clients, vendors, or partners.
  • Pro-active “Customer Oriented” support: Naturally great in building and keeping good relationships, with strong focus on ensuring 100% satisfaction of provided support. Supportee (Customer) satisfaction is a primary consideration in all decisions.
  • Data Entry Administration & Management: Knowledge of data entry management and tools; ability to manage data and report the results as requested. Technical and administrative literacy.
  • Previous experience: in Front Desk and/or Administrative Assistant role is preferred.
  • Daily presence in the office.
