As a Finance, Business Resources & Accounting Specialist at CAT Digital's new Slovakian branch, you will have the opportunity to build and support the creation of our innovative digital solutions for Caterpillar's global operations.

What you will do?
Main duties for Finance, Business Resources & Accounting Specialist are to provide support for Cost Decision activities related to Accounting and Financial management of Business Resources, in the newly created Slovakia office. CAT Digital is looking for a highly motivated and technically savvy Specialist, with duties including:

• Forecast and Coordination of Forecasts
• Analysis and Reporting Actuals, Results
• Support the budgeting process
• Providing business insights to local and - global management
• Reviewing time reporting for software engineers
• Capital reporting and Capital Requests processing
• Contributing to project level reviews of Cost
• Work directly with leadership to ensure an - Enterprise focus and data driven decision making
• Provide business insights
• Collaborate with Vendor Management Office and Supply Chain

Collaborate with larger Accounting team to understand and communicate project level financials
Collaborate on Tax reporting and management
Managing and ensuring compliance with local regulations, laws and Enterprise policies
Communication and collaboration with local authorities, auditors
This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and reports into CAT Digital Business Resources based in the US.
