- comprehensive organization and implementation of the recruitment process
- active search for new candidates for projects - advertising, internal database, social networks and job portals, contacting candidates from external campaigns
- preparation and creation of advertised offers and posting on online job portals
- selection of candidates, verification of their skills and abilities, conducting interviews
- onboarding
- maintaining and regularly updating the candidate database
- cooperation with other team members
- managing PR activities, responsibility for providing posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media
- reporting

- relevant human resources experience, minimum 2 years of experience in internal Talent Sourcing or recruitment agency
- active sourcing skills to attract candidates on various platforms
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- effective organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
- motivation to work in HR and PR fields
- team player
Nice to have:
- knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools, orientation in current trends in PR and in building a positive brand image
- HR experience in the game development sector or be interested in games
- active sourcing skills to attract candidates on various platforms
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- effective organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
