Job description, responsibilities and duties
Area HR Specialist, you will be responsible for administration of employee’s documentation, also you will organize and ensure reconditioning stays. You will handle the onboarding and off-boarding formalities of employees and in connection with this for their personal data of employees, updates them and works with HR Information systems. Your responsibility will be also to cover recruitment and hiring process.
Your challenge:
-Handle labour law documentation for SK and CZ
-Handle the entrance and leaving formalities of employees.
-Enter personnel data of employees, updates them and work with HR program Human and SAP, Oracle, Human, Anet
-Prepares employment certificate
-Organize and ensure reconditioning stays.
-Plans and ensure medical examination of employees and cooperate with the health services.
-Organizes complete recruitment process with candidates.
